When do new codes drop?The next big batch (usually 3 codes ×100 Jade) is given away during the new version LIVESTREAM — typically 1–2 weeks before 14/07/2026 (when the current version ends). Livestream codes only live about 1 day: come back that day, they appear here within hours.
Where do I enter codes in-game?
In-game: Menu (phone icon) → profile (… icon) → Redemption Code. Easier: use the "Auto-fill" button on this page — no menu digging.
How long do codes last?
Livestream codes usually expire within 1–2 days; event codes last longer. Redeem immediately. STARRAILGIFT never expires for new accounts.
Why does a code say it cannot be used?
Three common reasons: the code expired, your account already redeemed it (one use per account), or the wrong server is selected.
