What does this tool do?

How does Burst work?
- The Burst gauge fills up as you fight; every Nikke is assigned one of 3 stages: Burst I, II or III.
- A squad of 3 needs all 3 stages covered — miss one and the Burst chain breaks at that point.
- Activating them in order, I → II → III, in the same turn triggers Full Burst — the whole squad gets a short damage/effect boost.
- Since per-character Burst stage data isn't in the database yet, this tool lets you pick manually based on your current build; exact stage assignments will be added later.
