Version 3.5 'Blade of Past Resounds': the Mengzhou overview
Version 3.5 opens the Land of Xuanfang inside the new Mengzhou region, following the roughly three-week patch rhythm Wuthering Waves has kept since launch, with banners swapping mid-patch. Two new playable Resonators headline it: Xuanling in phase one and Suisui in phase two.
Both newcomers share something unusual — they pull from the same new 5-piece echo set, Song of Feathered Trace, one of three new sonata sets debuting across the patch. That overlap alone suggests Kuro built these two releases as a pair, even though they play nothing alike.
Phase 1: Xuanling debuts, Lynae and Luuk Herssen return
Xuanling is Yangyang's SP (special) form — the first Havoc Sword unit in the game, built around Havoc Bane stacking and Heavy Attack chains, paired with her own signature weapon 
Azure Oath. Early placements have her sitting at S tier, but that rating hasn't been cross-verified across enough sources yet — treat her power level as 'promising, not proven.'
Sharing the spotlight is a rerun double-header: Lynae (SS tier, sub-DPS) is close to a must-pull — she amplifies All-DMG through her Liberation and Outro and enables Tune Break, which means she slots into nearly every modern team, new or old. Luuk Herssen (SS tier) is the premier Tune Strain Spectro DPS, running a mid-air combo playstyle with some of the highest single-target numbers in the game when played well, best paired with 
Denia and 
Mornye.
Phase 2: Suisui arrives, Aemeath reruns
Suisui is a Glacio healer-amplifier built around Glacio Chafe and converting Energy Regen into team ATK, paired with the signature weapon 
Firstlight's Herald. She has no tier rating yet — there isn't enough public kit data for anyone to grade her fairly, so this is a genuine wait-and-see.
Aemeath's rerun is the safer pull of the two phases by a wide margin. She's SS tier, holds one of the highest damage ceilings in the game, and anchors Aemeath Tune Rupture — teamed with Lynae and Mornye, that comp reportedly stacks Tune Break and Liberation buffs into mức cao nhất game burst hits, arguably the strongest team currently in the game.
Livestream codes: don't sleep on them
Version 3.5 runs its usual special-program livestream codes, and they behave the same as every patch before it — live for roughly 24 to 48 hours before they stop working. Codes redeem in-game only, through Terminal → Settings → Other Settings → Redemption Code, and require Union Level 2. There's no web redemption page. The one code that never expires is WUTHERINGGIFT, worth grabbing if you haven't already.
Verdict: who to pull, who to skip
If pulls are tight, put them behind Aemeath first — the damage ceiling and team synergy are proven, not speculative. Lynae is the next priority since she's a universal glue piece you'll want regardless of which DPS you're building around. Luuk Herssen only matters if you're specifically assembling a Tune Strain Spectro team. Xuanling is a reasonable pull if you're already invested in Havoc and want a new Sword carry, but her rating could still shift. Suisui is the one to skip for now — an unrated healer is a poor use of limited pulls when Aemeath and Lynae are sitting right there with confirmed numbers.
