Ultimate Attack! Ark Black Meteor!Burst Skill
While Transformed: battery +50%. While not Transformed: battery +100% then transforms. Deals 266.69% of final ATK as sustained damage every 1 sec for 10 sec to the enemy with highest max HP. Self: Sustained Damage +135.83% for 10 sec.
Prioritize S1 first — the core transform mechanic: destroying enemy parts charges the battery, and full battery triggers transformation with a huge continuous ATK buff. Next Burst since it both charges/triggers the transform and deals large sustained damage to the highest-HP target. S2 last since it's just supplementary sustained damage while transformed and can't trigger the mechanic itself.
