Grants all allies Performance: restores 3.04% of caster's final Max HP as HP every 1s for 25s, and Charge Damage +25% for 25s.
Prioritize S2 first — Sing Along/Encore unlocks the strongest team buff: Performance duration +21s and Attack Damage +25.01% for all allies. Then S1, since every Full Charge grants the team explosion/pierce damage and ATK scaling off Prika's own ATK. Burst skill is the sustain/Charge Damage foundation with fixed values, so it can be leveled last.
