The catch is that she's squishy and energy-hungry, so she needs support to actually function well.

The good news is that support is free. The "Early Encore" core — Encore, Sanhua for Basic Attack buffs, and Verina for sustain — is entirely obtainable without spending, and it carries through early and mid-game content on its own.
